Al Ain British Academy has the reputation as being one of the best schools in Al Ain. Fully co-educational, we deliver a dynamic education, implementing the National Curriculum for England, tailored to our place in the world as UAE citizens and residents. School should be engaging, fun and challenging. Learning and enjoyment go hand in hand and we are very proud that our pupils are motivated and captivated by their lessons. This extends to our Extra-Curricular programme that allows children to select from a vibrant programme of clubs to attend. School visits and trips are also integral to our school life, inviting our pupils to experience life beyond Al Ain and the very best that the Emirates has to offer. This is extended to international trips and visits as the children become older.
We are an international community with close ties to our Emirati friends, allowing us to learn from one another including learning about the traditions of Emirati culture and the more recent history of the Emirates, such as space travel. Relationships with our parents is vital to the success of the school and we offer various ways for you to be involved in school life such as our School Governance Group and our Friends Of Al Ain British Academy group supporting us in our community events.

I write this feedback from my experience with my kids in the school. There is no doubt that choosing the appropriate school for the child is one of the most important plans for parents to provide education for their children. I chose Al Ain British Academy and am very satisfied with the level of education provided and focus on Arabic and Islamic education in addition to learning British English.

Al Ain British Academy is proud to offer The English National Curriculum. Students work towards the I/GCSE qualifications before progressing to A Level – two of the most rigorous, reliable and highly regarded examinations available. The subjects taught include vocational options, which offer students a clear pathway to further education or their chosen career. A Level, like I/GCSE qualifications, are recognised worldwide by leading universities, helping students gain access to their preferred university in Britain or elsewhere abroad. As a result, the English National Curriculum is popular among expatriate families travelling between countries.
Our students have consistently produced outstanding results in their external examinations, with better results each year. We are immensely proud of our student’s attainment; the class of 2020 achieved some of the highest results in the UAE and significantly surpassed the UK average.
